Jyotish
Vedic Astrology is known as Jyotish, the 'Science of Light'. Through a study of your chart the qualities and elements show how your mind and body are giving expression to your spirit in the form of matter. The moment you were born the planets formed a map in the heavens which represents your karma for this lifetime. This shows not only your personality, your relationships with others, your drives and desires; but also the timing of events throughout your life, as seen in planetary periods. The mystery of who you are is encoded in the Universe. For thousands of years humankind has sought to understand this mystery. Ancient Indian astrology holds the key to this self knowledge, and with the exact time of birth, much can be revealed about your soul's purpose in life.
Vedic astrology shines a light on your journey, giving you tremendous courage to face any obstacles, as well as making the most of your innate talents and blessings along the way.
For those on a path of self-rediscovery, it is invaluable.

आयुर्वेद
Ayurveda
Ayurveda is known as the 'Science of Longevity'. Ayu in Sanskrit means 'life' and veda means 'knowledge' or 'science'. The term 'holistic' has never been more appropriate, as Ayurveda encompasses the physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of life. It is mostly a common sense approach to healing, assisting in routines that are mostly preventative in nature. Some of the primary treatments used are diet, herbs, exercise, massage, aromatherapy, meditation, yoga and breathing exercises.
Ayurveda relates the life of the individual to that of the Universe and therefore is not of the east or of the west, but rather is one with all life. Therefore it incorporates treatments from other cultures. Ayurveda is a sister science to Vedic Astrology and Yoga, and in this way can be used to prevent and treat ill health, through the means of astrological remedies and Yogic practices.
Ayurveda aims at a life in harmony with the Universe, where our intelligence is perfected and unified with nature, and through nature to our true self and spirit.

Hatha Yoga
The word 'Hatha' comes from the two bija or seed mantras: Ha meaning Sun and Tha meaning Moon.
The word 'yoga', meaning 'union', represents the union of the Sun and the Moon, the masculine and the feminine, Day and Night. This is achieved through a forceful type of Yoga which uses physical postures and breathing exercises to direct and balance the life force.
The Sun represents the Paramatman or the 'Supreme Self', the Universal Soul which reveals itself through Yoga. The Moon represents the Jivaatman or 'Individuated Self', which is usually experienced through the mind and emotions. With the science of hathayoga we can learn to quieten down the mind and experience the Supreme Self. Though we cannot look directly at the Sun, we can learn to still the flucuations of the mind in order to reflect our true spirit.
